This interior makeover focuses on an open-plan layout to invite natural light. Using eco-friendly materials and a curated selection of modern furniture, we created a breathable, vibrant environment for modern families.

Waking up amid these curated textures and gentle Hello Kitty accents brings a profound, lingering sense of completeness.

The selected region showcases a modern minimalist rooftop terrace designed by CCPY Interior Design. Key features include a large open-air layout connected to an indoor space via multi-panel sliding glass doors, expansive dark wood decking arranged in a linear pattern, and a structural wooden pergola overhead for filtered shade, all emphasizing natural textures and eco-friendly materials while maximizing natural light.
The outdoor deck and patio area designed by CCPY Interior features natural wood flooring, stone pathways, and integrated lighting. Key design elements include warm-toned wooden decking, dark gray stone pavers surrounded by light-colored river pebbles, LED uplights for night illumination, decorative built-in tile planters, and a raised wooden pavilion with open seating areas.
The outdoor rooftop patio designed by CCPY Interior Design features premium timber decking, smooth stone stepping paths bordered by decorative pebbles, integrated biophilic planters, warm ambient lighting, and modern architecture with sleek glass folding doors, enhancing the connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.
The luxurious rooftop or backyard wooden deck makeover in Baguio Villa by CCPY Interior features rich timber elements, including warm-toned wooden floor decking and slat accent walls. An elevated platform houses a built-in outdoor jacuzzi, while low-profile ground spotlights and soft accent lighting create a calm ambiance. Lush tropical greenery strategically flanks the deck, enhancing privacy and softening the wooden lines.
The renovation of the outdoor terrace in Baguio Villa showcases premium features, including high-density hardwood decking with a protective amber finish, a sunken jacuzzi spa tub integrated with raised wooden steps, a modern stone walkway with contrasting pavement stones and decorative river pebbles, and waterproof LED step lighting for safety and ambiance.
