Luminous Spatial Continuity: Strategically placed glass paneling and open-staircase architecture allow ambient light to filter fluidly across multiple levels, ensuring a bright, continuous gallery-like environment.

Cohesive Neutral Palette & High Contrast: A sophisticated color scheme blends soft Farrow & Ball wall tones with deep, rich black walnut paneling, creating a high-contrast visual balance that defines separate functional zones.

About Home

This multi-level Pine Villas estate utilizes architectural symmetry to maximize vertical spatial efficiency. Farrow & Ball paint over French molding panels conceals high-capacity storage, while herringbone wood-grain stone flooring ensures long-term structural durability. The layout frames curated furniture from Roche Bobois and Flexform, zoning private suites and social hubs with precision.

Meticulous painting, flexible drawing revisions, and proactive leak detection ensured a flawless, worry-free construction process.
