Bed: Hydraulic lift storage bed. Partition & Door: Tempered glass partition wall and sliding glass door.

Kitchen Layout: Open-plan kitchen. Appliances: Induction hob and built-in combi steam oven. Cabinetry & Backsplash: British-style backsplash tiles paired with gray hand-painted lacquer solid timber plywood cabinets.

Vanity & Mirror: Timber-grain vanity cabinet and solid wood mirror cabinet. Wall & Floor Tiles: Dark stone-texture porcelain tiles. Fixtures: Kusatsu bathroom heater and ventilation fan, paired with a TOTO smart toilet.

The bedroom's light wood finishes (淺木色訂造衣櫃) match the kitchen and dining cabinetry, ensuring a unified color language across the entire apartment. The 玻璃趟門 ensures that light flows freely, preventing the bedroom from feeling boxed in.
The "Sage green" (鼠尾草綠) feature wall provides a calming focal point, accented by a gold ginkgo-leaf wall installation. The space is illuminated by a minimalist hanging sphere lamp, casting a warm glow on the leather-upholstered storage ottoman.

Expansive dining and living zone at Mount Pavilia 20 with floor-to-ceiling windows, a dark oval table, and seamless spatial flow between functional areas.
The dining area is furnished with Ulferts-style furniture, specifically a compact glass-top table and comfortable chairs. The flooring utilizes 淺色木紋磁磚 for a seamless, durable flow between the kitchen and living room.
The wall is finished in a dark grey feature paint, illuminated by custom LED strips. The lower cabinet provides ample media storage, maintaining the minimalist aesthetic.
The use of consistent light grey stone-textured tiles (意大利淺灰色調石紋磁磚) creates an expansive feel, despite the compact unit size. The furniture follows a 北歐風模組式 approach, ensuring the dining set and sofa fit naturally without overcrowding.
High-end appliances, including an Electrolux 嵌入式蒸焗爐, are integrated into the cabinetry, while a LG Washer/Dryer is built-in under the counter for a clean appearance.
