Focused on a 'Smart Luxury' theme, this unit features intelligent lighting and bespoke cabinetry. Every detail was meticulously planned to optimize the floor area while maintaining a sleek, high-fashion aesthetic.

The modern kitchen showcases a sleek, minimalist design featuring bespoke cabinetry with white upper and light wood lower cabinets. Intelligent under-cabinet LED lighting enhances the white countertop, while an L-shaped layout optimizes the functional workspace area, incorporating efficient storage solutions.
The modern living room television feature wall features custom cabinetry designed for integrated storage, utilizing floating lower consoles and handleless upper cabinets to optimize vertical space. The design contrasts light-colored laminate cabinet doors with a rough, stacked stone accent, while hidden LED strip backlighting enhances the atmosphere, creating a premium ambiance in the Costa Bello residential development.

The indoor wooden staircase features a modern design with light-colored wooden steps, a sleek glass balustrade, and a matching wooden handrail. Warm, indirect LED strip lighting under the upper wall ledge enhances the illumination. This staircase is part of a residential project at 288 Hong Kin Road, Sai Kung, New Territories, within the "Smart Luxury" themed Costa Bello (西貢濤苑) development.
